I like Temu, Your prices, and the items which you have for sale. I'm also very appreciative of your Return and Refund policies. I wish your sellers were more honest. I bought a pair of shoes, cas I hit the pay button I realized I was looking at the wrong color. I immediately attempted to cancel the order. Yes: shoes, NO: color. It was seconds and refused because it had been shipped. I will repurchase the shoes from someone else. Too many ads and emails. l have the app, l will look when l need.

I get so many amazing items on Temu. I am sadly somewhat addicted. Fortunately, it is an inexpensive addiction. Some of the stuff is way smaller than expected (be sure to read the specs before you order). They are good about returns, but sometimes they tell you to just keep the item at no charge, but sometimes I want a replacement, and I don't get that option. That is disappointing. I don't understand some of their "game offers," but that is ok. some things are unique and so cool.

I spend WAY too much time and money on this app 😆 the deals are amazing, just look at the items well. some sellers do offer junk, and some are absurdly priced. But most of them are easy to work with and offer great items at incredible price points! the returns process is fairly easy and easy going if you need to rely on it ( i had to maybe 5% if that. 95% satisfaction is way higher than almost anything lol). -1☆ bc of the gimmicky offers that pop up constantly, you always pay to win lol
