I get so many amazing items on Temu. I am sadly somewhat addicted. Fortunately, it is an inexpensive addiction. Some of the stuff is way smaller than expected (be sure to read the specs before you order). They are good about returns, but sometimes they tell you to just keep the item at no charge, but sometimes I want a replacement, and I don't get that option. That is disappointing. I don't understand some of their "game offers," but that is ok. some things are unique and so cool.

After figuring out how everything worked,I had a fairly pleasant experience. That was until the last couple weeks. I placed over 40 orders in the last few weeks,and I have had more issues in that time than I had in the last year. getting incorrect items,broken items,empty packages.1 item I paid 16 bucks and change for,they offered me a 2 cent refund. Customer service is horrible again. and if that doesn't suck enough,the prices have gone way up due to tariffs. I do believe I am done with Temu!

Deceptive with their pricing. Prices aren't the same when you look at the checkout page. They send you coupons and promos, only it's not properly honored. Beware of choosing free gifts or gifts for 1 cent when you purchase their required amount. They disappear right after you've made the purchase. Then, customer service gives a nonsensical excuse. It'll do your head in.
