Global Health Insurance:

Ratings and reviews

The new app doesn't contain any of the features of the old one, I cannot see any info about medical network or even my activated policy. It just lists the services you provide. So basically the new app is a services brochure. This is absurd and meaningless. You need to fix that asap and fire the team responsbile for this app release.

Couldn't find any information about my claim and had to call the call center anyway to know its status. The app is only good for getting the digital card, otherwise useless.

Old and new versions are terrible. Difficulty to access your data, slow, need to be reinitiated several times..
