I've been using more than 4 different medical insurance applications this is the most poor and disappointing app ever, the network is not even updated the requests are getting disappeared without any notifications the approvals are not tracked, really what is that?

Very inconvenient and useless update, it requires multiple accounts for me to add my children"only to get a screenshot of our ID". And each account requires different email and phone number. If you don't have multiple emails and an assigned number to each child, you'll have to create an account to take a screenshot of the ID then delete that account, only to create another account with the same email and phone number. Then delete and recreate accounts depending on how many kids you have. USELESS

The new app doesn't contain any of the features of the old one, I cannot see any info about medical network or even my activated policy. It just lists the services you provide. So basically the new app is a services brochure. This is absurd and meaningless. You need to fix that asap and fire the team responsbile for this app release.
