• Service Requests: Request several services like Medical Approvals & Chronic Medications.

Global Health Insurance:
• Digital Card: View a digital copy of your insurance card along with your beneficiaries.

Ratings and reviews

Policy not added - and seemingly no way for the policy-holder to add it her or himself. (Phoned the hotline over a month ago, was told it'll be fixed asap.) In the 'Documents' section there's a message saying 'You haven’t uploaded any documents yet' - but there is no way to upload documents 😆 The app is like a high-school kid's app project that didn't work. Why not get an app-designer who can actually design working apps to do it?

I've been using more than 4 different medical insurance applications this is the most poor and disappointing app ever, the network is not even updated the requests are getting disappeared without any notifications the approvals are not tracked, really what is that?

the last update is very unuseful, even when you try to sign in with your usual credentials it tells you that the username password is incorrect, and when you try to change the password it doesn't allow you
