Ratings and reviews

This is by far the worst experience, can't submit approval requests, can't inquire about anything, and their customer service agents are in denial, I keep insisting that there are issues and he keeps insisting that it works fine.. Coming here and reading others' reviews made it clear that it's a general issue with the app.. what's the point of the insurance app if I can't benefit from its service? I asked for a direct mail for approvals but in vain..

Very bad and frustrating experience, slow and not user friendly. It always does not accept submitting claims without a specific reason, just submit failed!
