I just got a new credit card recently that uses this app to manage what I spend, I've only manage to log on to this app ONCE, I tried the website, same issue, currenly there's been an ongoing issue with "technical difficulties" that have not been fixed yet that prevent me from using the app, I can't log in at all, and oddly enough it's been over a week and the issue still hasn't been fixed. I would not recommend this app and would suggest looking for another credit card.

Very basic app. Seems to work smoother for me now. My biggest complaint is that there is no option for app notifications instead of text messages or emails for alerts. This is the only credit card app that is this backward. Everyone else has added this option over the last decade but not Elan.

The app used to work okay and had a very clean, simple layout listing all the information you need at a glance. However after a recent update, now the layout now looks more "trendy" or updated but I have to hunt for the info I need, as it's no longer all listed without clicking drop downs and multiple font sizes compete for attention. Also, it fails to ever remember my phone, despite always clicking "remember this device" so I have to answer security questions for every log in.
