Ratings and reviews

Greatly convenient - no more waiting in line! The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I've had a few different instances where the app is either glitchy to where I can't leave a review after, it times out and they don't track my order, or favorites do not save properly. I was told at the stand one day while experiencing one of these issues that the app tends to have difficulty with Android devices - This is an issue. Otherwise, 100% recommend.

I love this coffee and the food is good, but the app only payment is an issue. I have been waiting several days for a refund because my last purchase went through in my card but is still pending on your end. I tried to email customer service but that faire doesn't work in the app. It was around 30$ order. Was assured if it didn't go through in 24hrs I would be refunded, I still haven't been.

Love love love! Coffee was excellent (and I am a huge coffee snob) and breakfast sandwich was high quality. This app is similar to the Starbucks one but they are different in that you can drive thru and it's faster than parking and walking in. I think it's clever! Especially in our small town that desperately needs to embrace new tech. I've had coffee in literally every shop in town, and this has been some of my favorite (top 5 at least).
