Paddle Rack is a pickleball open play organizer and round robin generator that runs your whole session from one phone. Check players in, pick your courts, tap Go, and Paddle Rack picks the next four for every open court, fairly, all session long. No paddle stack to shuffle, no clipboard, no arguing about who's up next.

It's made for the people who run the courts: club organizers, rec-center coordinators, league leads, and whoever ends up running open play on Tuesday night.

FAIR ROTATION YOU CAN PROVE
Paddle Rack's rotation always puts whoever has played the fewest games on next, so games stay even for everyone present, then keeps repeat partners and repeat opponents as low as the math allows. After each session the fairness report shows it plainly, like "Everyone played 6 or 7 games, 0 repeat partners." Late arrivals join the queue with a fair starting count, and early leavers drop out cleanly without breaking the schedule.

WORKS OFFLINE, NO ACCOUNT, NO ADS
Court Wi-Fi is bad and cell signal is worse. Paddle Rack works fully offline. There is no sign-up, no account and no ads, and your player lists stay on your phone.

EVERY PICKLEBALL FORMAT
- Open play rotation: the paddle rack done right. Choose everyone off, winners stay (max 2 games), or challenge court.
- Round robin: a rotating-partner mixer for doubles, or a fixed-partner team round robin. Any number of players, any number of courts, any number of rounds, with byes spread evenly so sit-outs differ by one at most.
- Americano: individual points, and every player partners as many others as possible.
- Mexicano: each round is paired by the current standings for closer games.
- King of the court (or queen of the court): court 1 is the top court, winners move up, losers move down.
- Pickleball ladder: up and down movement across sessions (Club).

COURTSIDE MODE
- Big court cards with tap-to-score and a "Next game" button that pulls the next group from the rack.
- Swap a player any time, and undo any mistake.
- Screen stays awake, high contrast for bright sun, easy one-hand use.
- Games to 11, 15 or 21, or timed games. Win by 2 on or off. Side-out or rally scoring.
- Sit-out compensation: award average points for byes so nobody's round robin standings suffer for sitting out.
- Optional skill levels (2.0 to 5.5, enter DUPR by hand) for skill-balanced teams and skill-band courts (Club).

RESULTS FOR THE WHOLE GROUP
- Standings with wins, point differential, games played, sit-outs and partners.
- Share a results card straight to the group chat, or copy the results as text.
- PDF printout and CSV export (Club).
