App is useless, but it may be the device either way. Neither of them more properly. This is for a wireless sprinkler timer. The device is always offline. If I restart the devices gateway, it'll work at least once or twice, and then it goes back to being offline, kinda defeats the point of being wireless. Doesn't seem like it's Wi-Fi at all. Seems only like it's Bluetooth, overall, poor product, or app development.

No information telling you to switch wifi bands if devices aren't pairing. Tap to run or automatic scene controls can't properly set the colors of lights. When creating a scene there's no option to delete an action so you must restart the entire process. At least the app functions when turning lights on and off and manually adjusting colors, but besides that there's not much that works.

As many "smart apps" it asks to create account with unknown party, unknown location and "register". Why should I? This is absolutely NO for me, as the "registration" is not expected to control watering. So while the application look appealing, it is pointless. The controller should have serial number, and it should be sufficient to associate the application with the controller. Anything above is compromising privacy and identity. I am voting lowest possible because of that.
