free cryptocurrency, that's really all, if it does well, it does well, if not, you've not really lost anything. *edit* The whole thing needs streamlining. There's no reason to have to update your wallet before being able to check how much it translates to in other currencies. I still believe in it, and want it to do well, but the app needs some work.

The app is a wallet and mobile "miner" for Electroneum's blockchain-based currency. I've been using it for months and it works well. "Mining" is as simple as pressing a button. After mining 100 ETN (it used to be 10) the app will credit the ETN to your wallet. Electroneum's dream is to be a medium of exchange for un-banked and under-banked. It's a tall order, but I hope they pull it off. Update. Mining is now SLOOOW. The 100 payout should be as fast as 10 of the old 10ETN payouts, but it's not.

I couldn't even get into the app. I make an account, do everything, and it acts like I haven't set up my account pin or email account. I spent a good hour trying to get it to work. It doesn't don't buy unless you want to be stressed for an hour. I will not be changing this review even if I eventually get an account set up. I raised a support ticket once a long time ago. No reply from Electroneum.
