I've had the fittrack scale for awhile and have enjoyed it - until I needed to replace the batteries. I cannot connect the scale to my phone, even though phone Bluetooth is on and scale reads 0.0 (as instructed). It just spins until app crashes. The original app was way better. And now I have a useless scale. I've tried contacting CS and get no response. Very frustrating.

I was so excited about this, because of the work outs on the app to help reach goals. I'm beyond frustrated. First it took over a month to get the scale. I contacted customer service and that got it finally shipped that week. I looked at the app while waiting and it played videos then. Connected once to the scale but now the app constantly crashes, won't acknowledge I paid for premium use. worthless. Customer service no help. Go with renpho for much better price, same stats, AND working app.

Scale has issues connecting to the app. Customer service is not helpful. If you weigh yourself, reset the scale by taking a battery out and putting it back in (because it has no reset button), and weigh yourself again, your weight will change by multiple lbs. The accuracy claims are overblown. FitTrack is double the price of competitors'scales with no additional value.
