This app on my phone has been failing to start for the past 3 months despite repeatedly updating it!!. It keeps at the loading page, never going beyond 0.0% in presence of stable internet connection and location settings on. What could be the problem??

When you try to register, the app sends an otp n claims to automatically read the SMS n fill it in, but it doesn't do it and doesn't let you enter the otp manually leaving you stuck on the otp screen.

Worst digital banking app I havvever used: 1. When you change phone you must go to the bank bruch physically to enable it work on the new phone. 2. When you click on the 👁 thing to display your balance you get charged. And some times it keeps closing itself.
