Unreliable app and unreliable service. This is the second time in a year to order using the app and no one ever shows up or calls and the order status is stuck on "Veifying order" . I called customer service and they said they will rush the order and nothing happens. I'm uninstalling this app and never going to order anything from this pharmacy whether using the app or by calling the hotline. Totally unprofessional

Good App. It makes it easy to order and to know drugs' current prices and availability. Yet, the delivery is much slower than ordering through phone calls. It took me 2:30 hours to get my order and I needed the painkillers urgently. You can't pay online. Also you can't order a single stripe you got to get the whole pack. Hope this could be changed in the upcoming updates

The application itself is ok, but the customer service and delivery is not good. I made an order and called the hotline to follow up the delivery. They gave a me the branch WhatsApp to send the location, they didn't respond even when I tried calling. I called the hotline again and they said they will inform the branch to call me. No one did and no delivery arrived. So my order is just somewhere in their system. I shall be deleting this app.
