Good App. It makes it easy to order and to know drugs' current prices and availability. Yet, the delivery is much slower than ordering through phone calls. It took me 2:30 hours to get my order and I needed the painkillers urgently. You can't pay online. Also you can't order a single stripe you got to get the whole pack. Hope this could be changed in the upcoming updates

I recently ordered from this pharmacy and was contacted to confirm my address. They provided me with a WhatsApp number for further communication. However, the experience was disappointing. When I asked about the total cost of the order, they did not respond clearly and instead directed me to contact their delivery service for shipping fees. The communication was unclear, and the representative's tone was not polite.

The application itself is ok, but the customer service and delivery is not good. I made an order and called the hotline to follow up the delivery. They gave a me the branch WhatsApp to send the location, they didn't respond even when I tried calling. I called the hotline again and they said they will inform the branch to call me. No one did and no delivery arrived. So my order is just somewhere in their system. I shall be deleting this app.
