Unreliable app and unreliable service. This is the second time in a year to order using the app and no one ever shows up or calls and the order status is stuck on "Veifying order" . I called customer service and they said they will rush the order and nothing happens. I'm uninstalling this app and never going to order anything from this pharmacy whether using the app or by calling the hotline. Totally unprofessional

I order a medicine that does not need a prescription and they did not deliver it because they need a prescription, got it from elezabi pharmacy without a prescription.always delayed.
