Ratings and reviews

The application barely connects to the internal services of the company and partners. The requests get cancelled without notifications being sent to the user. I had to create almost all requests by phone except of one paid maintenance of AC that I did in the app. And that was also a really bad experience. I'm not satisfied with EMAAR service overall - I created dozens of requests and only a handful were resolved. And this is for the brand new apartment which nobody was living in before!

Update 25 Aug 21: The app update changed the look and UI, but the amenities booking doesn't work, and that's the only thing I'm using it for. Useless now! The app does what it's supposed to do, but frequently forces to update with massive downloads, starts with a very heavy and unnecessary video and the user interface is outdated and not friendly. It keeps asking for my name but never remembers it. Displays information in an unappealing way. Expect better!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP AND EMAAR Extremely buggy at every corner, especially when it comes to giving feedback or raising complaints. Even worse, the app seems to be only geared towards selling you things. When you log a complaint they just call you and then close the case without actually solving it. And when you complain about that, the whole cycle continues again without any resolve. It's basically just a farce.
