Simple and effective for me. I don't like to spend too much time on my phone, so it's good! Some small tweaks and adjustments would make this great! Allow a title for the timer. Allow another timer to run concurrently. Provide some suggestions for discipline timers. Ex: NO smoking, No porn, no social. Add a calendar that tracks how many days in a row you've completed a task and make it like adding a link to the chain, ⛓️ 🔗 don't break the chain! Track days you meditated or worked out, etc.

Its a simple app, but it helps you forget how many days you have gone without a particular vice. It doesn't have labels (outside notes you write when you have to reset), there are no notifications, its just always there in the background for you to check when you forget or when you slip on your journey to break a habit. Just be honest with yourself, reset it when you fail and then take note of the differences in the length between the times you slip up.

This app is great because it's not forcing. It's convicting. I can't really explain it besides less being more. Just knowing that it's always keeping you clocked in every second is enough for someone like me. I've tried the porn blockers that block access by locking you out to websites, and no matter what I blocked with that particular app, I used to always find a way around them and relapse. This app for some reason keeps me going the distance.
