Very bad app. despite no outstanding loan on my account it is showing you have a loan outstanding that's why the request is rejected. I can't delete my account because of the same reason. Can't raise the support case. because there is no option in complaint reasons option. Dear Emkan team I don't need your loan but I request you to let me delete the account.

its getting worse, and there is no PC login option!!! IT DOES NOT WORRRRK. (January 2026) STILL DOES NOT WORK, AFTER USER AND PASSWORD ENTERED THE SCREEN FREEZES (MAY 2026) FIX IT, FIX IT, FIX IT! (May 25th, 2026)STILL THE SMAE ISSUEE YOUR APP IS NOT WORKING AND NOT ABLE TO PAY THE LOANS....WHY NO ONE IS FIXING THIS. AND YOUR EMAIL DOES NOT WORK TOO.

till now very disappointed iam only trying to apply and it's only keep loading without opening and then u get refused even u didn't placed what amount u want and for how many months even it's not opening. is it real app or fake.?! can anyone help what going on.
