New to this wallet- I setup everything correct and no issue signing in. But just after signing-in an error message pops up and I can't access my wallet. E-mailed the error message to support, not long ago and hopefully I will hear from them sooner. But it is frustrating when a wallet with money breaks and you realize you can lose it just like that. 😟 The overall design and simplicity of usage is great. reliability??? Follow-up - the team reached out to me and solved the issue. Very Professional!

Everything worked fine the first couple times I used it, but now when I open app and enter my password , then click on my wallet to open it nothing happens. No matter how many times I click it or wait nothing happens. I even looked to see if I needed to update the app. So basically I can't access my wallet at all on the mobile app. Please fix thisss and I will change my review to 5 stars.

Simple wallet for accessing, sending and receiving Ada. It's probably not possible to be too secure, but I've noticed that the wallet password length is 12 characters which seems a bit much. The app supports fingerprint login and the app disables the ability to take screenshots (in the app only). Well done Emurgo. I'm looking forward to using this more as Ada adoption increases.
