Was going great. Paid for pay for view and was watching until near the end and got choppy so I reloaded the website. Then wasn't able to watch the main event. The whole reason I paid and no way to find out what happened.

I'd leave a zero if I could. Paid $39.99 for the Crawford fight only to consistently get a playback error. Of course BLK Prime has no contact info listed on their site to request a refund. I'll dispute the charge on my Amex. Save yourself the trouble and do not buy any live events from this 2nd rate service.

Ordered a fight took payment but no access to watch tried to contact support from app support page doesn't exist.
