Ever since the last update this app has gotten worse. Twice this week my car didn't charge on schedule even though I have to reset it frequently because it won't honor it and immediately starts charging but only to 99% then stops. Tonight my car is charging but the app says my car is not plugged in. I'm to the point I may just replace the unit itself so I don't have to deal with this app at all. And as a home user I don't care about the commercial chargers why is it all crammed in to one app?

This app needs to rollback its changes to a few years ago. The latest version is hardly usable. It's clear no user testing was done nor any QA. Why are they comfortable with leaving critical defects like being able to understand if you're stopping or starting a charge? Why have they not noticed that the 'Resume' CTA to continue charging disappears? Why does the turn off scheduled charging not actually turn on/off? What happened, Enel X? You were so good many years ago.

if i could give this app and this company a negative rating, I would rate them -10. i am an American and I rented an electric car in Italy. There were 4 of us and at least 3 of us are technically savy and could not get this app to work. So we could never charge at these stations. We finally had to pay a european with a Enel charge card to charge our car. (BTW) he couldnt get the app to work either. We tried 4 different charging stations,and nothing worked. They suck!
