Absolutely perfect. It does exactly what the app is intended for. Calls are crisp and clear. Texts, picture & video messages always come through, and subscription and other verifications come through, all at ten bucks a month. I left sideline because they were charging too damn much. Im not switching, EVER, unless textnow gets rid of 2nd Line!

Been using this app for years. Recently it offered $4.99 for a YEAR, so I accepted. My card on Google pay expired & now they are trying to charge me $9.99 a month. I keep getting notifications that my payment was unsuccessful. Used to pay $29.00 a year for a reserved #, but even though I paid for years with that #, 2nd line gave it away. I'm not paying you $9.99 a month. STOP trying to bill me. You can't hear voicemail or get access codes unless you pay the monthly fee

customer service is useless. They resigned my number [using for 3 years] without any previous notification, I was disconnected one day to another, even I keep using this number. I asked for review of my call log and messages so they see I actually using the line actively. however the Customer service just said "we can give you another number". I worked with this number for years and I was good with the service. This is completely unacceptable and unfair. My number is not assigned yet.
