I've savings account in this app. Last month I did more transactions with higher amount. So they freeze my account for this, I've explained everything and submitted all required documents as the requested. They said after submitting will unfreeze the account within 2-3 working days. Now they're forcing to close my account. I've linked my PF account in this bank. Again I couldn't change my bank details in epfo. The customer support takes 1 month to response for email. I need a proper resolution.

After using this app more than 1 year I feel it is very Risky to use. I am sharing my experience to give information that happened with me. Unfortunately my account got Freeze without any Reason. When try to contact to fi Customer, there is no responce. There was refund pending for cancel ticket . My pending money did not credit back because of Freezing of account. Try to connect many times but even call is not connecting to Customer support. Very wrost experience till now. Even not resolved

Never thought that I'd give it a 1 rating but it's been on a down trend for the past year. The customer support is pathetic. Sometimes it doesn't allow transaction to happen. UPI transactions show an upper limit error when I haven't transacted at all. Unsure of what's gone wrong with FI team as it was one of the best before in terms of everything.
