PreCalm is a private, local-first speaking preparation app. Choose a focused routine, practice your first words and keep key points ready—without recording your voice or creating an account.

Choose a 1-, 3- or 5-minute routine. Guidance can combine:

When speaking is close, Quick PreCalm offers a focused 60-second routine.

PRIVATE SPEAKING PRACTICE

Build familiarity through five gradual practice levels. Speak at your own pace using prompts designed to help you move from quiet rehearsal toward your full opening. PreCalm does not request microphone access and never records, transcribes, listens to or scores your voice.

PERSONAL CHECK-INS

Optional confidence and nervousness check-ins create a visual overview from the history you choose to save. These are personal observations, not clinical measurements or performance scores.

PREPARE FOR PLANNED MOMENTS

Save an upcoming speaking event together with an opening line and key message. If you choose, set a one-time local reminder with generic, privacy-conscious notification text.

MAKE THE EXPERIENCE YOURS

Choose from available visual environments and optional ambient sounds. Device narration, reduced-motion support, and light and dark appearances help you adapt the experience to your preferences.

CORE ACCESS AND FOUNDING PRO

Every 60-second routine is included, along with practice levels 1–2 and one concurrently upcoming saved event. Completed events and saved history remain accessible.

Founding Pro is an optional one-time in-app purchase, not a subscription. It unlocks 3- and 5-minute routines, practice levels 3–5, additional concurrently upcoming events, and all visual and ambient choices available for the release. Google Play shows your localized price before purchase.

PreCalm is a speaking-preparation and general-wellness tool. It does not diagnose or treat anxiety or any medical condition. Stop an exercise and return to normal breathing if you feel uncomfortable or lightheaded.
