About this app

Cam Grid puts your cameras and doorbells on the screens you already have: this phone, and the web browser of your TV, computer or tablet.

THE DOORBELL ON YOUR TV
When someone presses your doorbell, the TVs and browsers where Cam Grid is open switch to that doorbell by themselves, so you can see who is there. You choose which screens do this. In Cam Grid on the web, motion can do the same for the cameras you pick; it stays off until you turn it on.

ON YOUR PHONE
• A grid with the latest picture of each camera and how old it is
• Tap a camera for live view with sound, and pinch to zoom
• Events: doorbell presses and motion by day, with filters for Person, Vehicle, Package and Animal; tap one to play its clip
• Home-screen widgets with the latest picture of up to four cameras
• More than one home? Switch between them at the top of the grid
• Pair a TV: open camgrid.erbacciltd.com in the TV's web browser, then type the 8-character code it shows into the app
• Screens: every paired TV and browser, each with its own doorbell switch; remove one to sign it out
• Viewing activity: every live view and clip, on which screen and for how long

LIVE VIEW ON DEMAND
Live view starts when you tap and runs for a short time: up to about a minute on wired cameras, and up to 30 seconds on battery cameras, which then rest before the next live view to save their battery. Between live views you see each camera's latest picture with its age. Clips play without sound.

YOUR ACCOUNT AND YOUR DATA
• No password: sign in with a 6-digit code sent to your email
• Live video goes straight from your camera's cloud to your screen; Cam Grid never records it
• Pictures are kept for 24 hours, and clips for an hour after you play them
• Delete your account in the app, from Settings

A VIEWING CONVENIENCE
Cam Grid is a viewing convenience for your cameras, not a security or life-safety service. Keep your camera app's own alerts on.

COMPATIBILITY
Works with Ring cameras and video doorbells.

Ring is a trademark of its owner. Cam Grid is an independent app by Erbacci LLC, not made by, endorsed by or affiliated with Ring or Amazon.
