About this app

This application is for people who live low-carb life styles. If you're trying to stay in ketosis, and log your progress with your diet, Ketolog is just for you.

With Ketolog you can record:
- your fat, protein and carboyhdrate intake
- your weight
- Ketostix readings.

Ketolog can show you graphs of your progress. Currently it can show graphs for:

- Food/day
- Food/week
- Food/custom range
- Weight/week
- Weight/custom range

Food graphs show fat, protein and carbohydrate values individually.

Doesn't have blood ketone entry, only pee sticks. Who uses those? Anyone who does keto for longer than a few weeks knows those aren't accurate or indicative of being in ketosis. Have to enter all food manually, no lookup at all. No entering information such as goals, age, weight, or activity level.

Not used this app for a few years. Recently started lchf, appetite correction diet again and the app is almost perfect. Would be useful to have food database but at least building my own list I can be sure of the values.

My previous review was 3 star. This is now 5 with the may 19 update release. This app is easy to use and is friendly and does exactly what it markets itself as.. a carb counter and ketostix tracker!
