# Thinkable: Your Mental Health Companion for Chronic Conditions

Can better thinking patterns help you cope with chronic pain, migraines, tinnitus, and other medical conditions?
The answer is YES!

Research shows Thinkable helps users improve their mental health and coping skills by training daily for just 14 days. Created by Dr. Guy Doron, clinical therapist and mobile health expert, Thinkable is backed by research and designed to enhance your thought processes, boost confidence, and improve mood—all without typing a single line.

Thinkable is a smart, personalized tool to help you face the challenges of chronic conditions, improve your mental well-being, and foster personal growth.

I've used this app daily for months. It's a helpful app. However, the typos are distracting and unprofessional. The app tells me I am done with training after one level, not three. When this app went from free to a membership model, I expected additional content for paying members, but no. It appears that the developers took what used to be free and instead of adding "more" for members they just restricted what was free. Very disappointed.

One of if not THE most user friendly mental wellness apps I've come across. They include modules for a variety of areas that are usually comorbid and within just a few days of consistent use, for just a few minutes each day, I started becoming more aware of my thoughts throughout the day, which is the first step in changing them.

It's very user friendly and helps me practice clarifying what's useful thinking and what's not. I love the AI meditation function. I can write anything I need and want, and it generates a supportive meditation tailored for my needs. I also have my own toolbox where I accumulate my own positive and negative thoughts and train myself to lean into the constructive. To date, I've been working with it for about 1.5 months and I feel it has a positive effect on me.
