Ratings and reviews

They do not allow UPI usage without purchasing their subscription, as it is tied to their KYC requirement. If you add money, there appears to be no way to withdraw it, so proceed with caution. Additionally, you cannot delete your account without completing KYC to request a refund — which again requires purchasing their subscription.

Very poor experience with OMNICARD. I recharged ₹100 in Feb 2026 but the amount is still stuck in the wallet. Recharge validation fails at multiple metro stations, and customer support is useless. Instead of fixing the issue, they ask users to record videos at crowded stations or force paid KYC (₹249). Feels like user funds are being blocked intentionally. Not recommended at all.

Really an Interesting application made for teenagers who don't have any bank accounts, the transaction is smooth and the UI and UX looks professional, nothing too flashy. 4 stars because it doesn't have biometric support for payments overall a really nice application, Definitely recommend it!
