The app's customer service has deteriorated a lot. Account got blocked,unable to transact and spend my daily expenses but they won't reply neither help nor any solution from customer care mail. New users if u don't want to be in trouble and not receive any customer service. Please stay away then!

My experience with OmniCard was very disappointing. I am a student, and I accidentally purchased a subscription. I requested a refund immediately, but my request was rejected without any practical solution. Customer support only responded with their policy and did not consider my situation. Losing this money is difficult for me as a student. I hope the company improves its customer support and refund process so that users in situations like mine are treated more fairly.

I have experience using Omni Card for managing and making digital payments. I found it convenient for tracking transactions, making payments, and managing expenses through the app. Overall, my experience was smooth and user-friendly.
