They do not allow UPI usage without purchasing their subscription, as it is tied to their KYC requirement. If you add money, there appears to be no way to withdraw it, so proceed with caution. Additionally, you cannot delete your account without completing KYC to request a refund — which again requires purchasing their subscription.

Very poor experience with OMNICARD. I recharged ₹100 in Feb 2026 but the amount is still stuck in the wallet. Recharge validation fails at multiple metro stations, and customer support is useless. Instead of fixing the issue, they ask users to record videos at crowded stations or force paid KYC (₹249). Feels like user funds are being blocked intentionally. Not recommended at all.

Extremely Unprofessional – Avoid This App I’ve been dealing with a wallet balance mismatch since December 2025. After the CS team ignored me, I escalated to the Nodal officer, but even four months later, the issue persists. The endless follow-ups have been a total headache. This app is supposed to provide ease of use, but it has caused nothing but stress. Save yourself the trouble and don't use it.
