NEVER USE THIS APP. They suddenly block you out of the blue for 'suspicious activity' and refuse to unblock it if you don't send them statement of account of the person who sent you money. Seriously, what other wallet does that? to ask for other persons SOA and iqama. It is understandable if it is my iqama, but another persons'??? And they have very bad costumer service, very condescending behavior, their tone of voice sound like they never want to help you.

The app had been good until offlate with the update it does not allow to enter or use the application without language selection and keeps giving error message. Despite reaching out to contact centre and sending email to customer complaint, there is no resolution till date. Quite disappointing for what was once really good - now experience with the app is mediocre!

I recently started using the mobilypay card and had an incident where a payment got rejected at the merchant but the amount was deducted from mobilypay wallet. I raised a complaint on the phone and also sent an email with the details. I was told the amount will be refunded with 72hrs but it didn't happen. When I followed up, I was bluntly told my call center agent that the transaction has happened and they can't reverse it. And if I request to investigate I have to pay SAR50!
