good part is the look-n-feel has improved a lot. However, functional checks seem missing. I noticed below issues with the latest app. 1. There seem to be no option available to manage payees data for international transfer. 2. App throwing error when adding another account with same payee name. I can have multiple accounts under me and all will be with the same name. Not sure why this restriction? Ref : New App (updated yesterday) There can be other issues also but not yet explored further.

I've been using mobily Pay from last 3 years, but recently when i try to make an international transfer to previously added beneficiary, it say beneficiary not activated, i deleted it and add it again, but still the same problem, ive made almost 4 complain calls to helpline, but nothing happen. its been more then 30 hours now. Worst Update and worst helpline. today mobily pay lost a customer.

Problem sending money. I always show connot transfer to this beneficiary contact costumer care when we contact costumer care they tell to write correct name. Who has gone mad write wrong name and how do they know that name is right or not if they have macanism to verify name then that would be correct but there is problem in app that's why transfer is not getting done. I am writing this review after almost 4yrs there have been lots of improvements in application and services.
