I'm very disappointed using this app for almost 10 months now, but this time i encountered trouble after making a fund transfer from my alrajhi to mobily pay my mobily pay account was blocked 2x after receiving a transfer i call a support multiple times asking about the issue but they keep telling me to send a bank statement send iqama id and i do sent them multiple times but still they did not fix the issue its frustrating i don't know if they will fix it or not.

If you send money through this app and have any problem receiving the money, when you contact customer care, they tell you to contact MoneyGram, which is not right at all. I am sending money to you, if you contact somewhere else through this app, you will do that, why should we? The customer service of this app is absolutely poor.

Update: You even can't open the application anymore. It stays on the page where your passcode is. It's just not me but even my friends using are experiencing the same. Your new update is bad. We can't even see the details of the person we're going to send the money with. Account number and which bank will it send. Or mobile wallet number. It's not appearing. You don't even have an option to delete a beneficiary.
