I had an issue with a purchase through the Numero app. Initially, I faced some challenges because the process involves a third-party provider. However, their support team contacted me directly by phone and tried to help me, which I really appreciate!!. The support was very supportive and understandable and although my issue has not been completely resolved yet, they was patient to provided me with a solution that could help.

I installed this app and it did not work at all. After getting the number, I couldn’t make or receive any calls. I contacted customer support to cancel, but they ignored my request and charged me again. After leaving a review, they contacted me from different WhatsApp numbers asking me to remove or change it in exchange for a refund. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend this app.

"I purchased a number for one month from the Numero app. A few days later, I faced some issues, and since talking to customer care didn't work, then I post a negative review. After that, they contacted me again and resolved everything smoothly. Everything is fine now, but using a VPN repeatedly to work is annoying and troublesome."
