GVTC rolled out a new product. Turned off the old product. The new product requires replacement of in-home hardware. So you're paying for something (see list of items included in packages) that you're not getting. I've been on the phone with service since October trying to figure this out. I've been on the phone today for more than 2 hours. GVTC customer facing is awful.

tech support doesnt know the difference in email vs gvtc tv app, complete waste of my time. total confusion.
