suddenly this month my electrical usage is double the previous month and every previous month for the last year and a half. why? also the Pea app doesn't allow the submission of any reported problems, despite changing the type of reported problem, it always just shows an error message. the PEA is archaic and ancient and very out of touch

You would think an organisation as large as this could afford to hire programmers that knew what they were doing. Updates requiring existing users to register all over again on an English language page containing drop-down menus that present options in Thai only borders on ridiculous! The name of the app is PEA Smart Plus...excuse me?!

English please. I don't know what Synopsis Snake is smoking, but it surely affects the ability to think clearly. If the PEA would be smart enough then they would register themselves as a service provider that can be chosen to pay to from ones mobile banking app. No extra app no complications....
