I want to add more electricity users, but I've only added 14 locations so far. It won't let me add any more, saying that the maximum number of locations you can add per person is 20 (but I've only added 14 so far). Could you please check the system for me?

For an unknown reason, if you've temporary disable GPlay store app and re-enabled back, you cannot open this app again and it's blocked with "Get app from Play", the only way to regain access of this app is uninstall this app from ADB with `-k` switch to keep app data, then reinstall again, this is a bit annoying.
