The top-up feature of this app does not work, having tried using both a debit card and the QR code options. It accepts the payment and confirms the transaction, but the balance does not change from zero, I even waited three days to see if it was just a clearing issue with the banks, but no. The app is also poorly designed, using photographics, rather than text and images. This is both very unhelpful and annoying when you set the language as English, as these photographics are not translated.

Hey app developers, I'm thinking either the team or someone on it has never actually charged an EV before in real life, because the user experience (UX) and how you move through each page is kinda confusing. The main menu at the bottom doesn't even work when the charging screen is up, and then when I try to go back to the first page (which I couldn't even do at first), I couldn't find my way back to the charging page. Just wanted to point this out so you guys can maybe make it a bit easier to us

after downloading the app on my Android phone, I could only open the app one time, then it stopped working, it keeps going back to app information. There is no customer service for this app (no one responded in Line chat). And look at the last update info of this app in Playstore, it's in 2024!! They haven't updated anything of this app for over 2 years! The worst EV charging app ever.
