About this app

CRM Mobile Workforce is an application for PEA employees to perform customer work. To support key customer management processes and customer relations activities.
The application has various functions as follows:
1. Dashboard information: You can view important information as well as an overview of various interesting information so that users can access the details of the information conveniently and quickly.
2. Customer information: You can search for names of important/major customers. To view company status history, various activity history, electricity usage statistics, edit customer information, meter and equipment installation information This includes managing a list of customer care employees and contacts.
3. Appointments Shows a list of appointments between employees and customers. To carry out activities together according to the type of activity You can update the details of each appointment result.
4. Voice of the customer (VOC) can check the request list. that customers report through the customer voice listening system (PEA-VOC System)
5. Report electrical problems Able to check and follow up on the status of reports of power failures, power outages, or other events.
6. Electrical outages: Able to search and check the status of electrical outages that occur in various areas.
7. Fire Extinguishing Plan Shows a list of fire extinguishing plans. and can check the fire extinguishing plan in various areas
8. Related Business Able to track the status of items that offer additional services to customers Including items that customers request to use additional services. Only transactions that occur in areas that employees are responsible for.
9. History of service use Able to search for details of customer service request history
10. Questionnaire: Can search for a list of questionnaires. and see a report summarizing the results of the questionnaire responses
