Geo locked app, so hard to install Instructions for adding a place are wrong 2nd nunber location has changed in new form, but app didn't change instructions

A good idea but terrible implementation. Now always getting strange errors. Sometimes data corrupted, sometimes cannot send OTP, sometimes connection problems and sometimes it just hangs. Extremely unreliable. For a governmental utility service it's too important to have such quality deficiencies in my opinion.

A lot of bugs, if there is a negative rating I'll give you a negative. Connection is very difficult When connecting, the data lost. Some houses are in different districts. Receipt not received. There is no bar code b'caz all the information in the app PEA Smart Plus is lost
