I placed an order through the app more than three hours ago, but I haven’t received any updates despite trying to contact the delivery driver and customer support. I used their offer to refill a cylinder for 15 riyals, which required adding a minimum of 75 riyals to the app wallet. Now, I haven’t received the order, and I’m unable to cancel it or get my money back.

This is one of the worst apps and businesses. First, it forces you to top up your wallet with fixed, unreasonable amounts—you can't add the amount you actually need. Then, the product prices are already high and become even more expensive after adding VAT and delivery charges. On top of that, you can't even get a refund of your wallet balance.

So when you fill up your wallet, firstly it doesn't allow you to fill up as you like, you have to choose from the options they give you. After filling when you try to order, they tell you there are no available slots for 14 days. Why on earth? You made this option available in the checkout. You could tell this in the beginning. Completely bad experience and plus on top the customer service is sleeping 😴 when I asked them how to refund from the wallet back to my account.
