The app is good, but the only issue with the app is that one can't pay with fingerprint or log in with it, which is kind if ridiculous, if this can be added to it like other bank apps, it will be better and more better. Thanks.

I supposed to recieve 107 egp for a year now and the customer service line is always off and this is the second time

This app is terrible. I had a problem and my wallet stopped working. They told me to go to a branch to sign the form. I went and they told me to talk to customer service. I've been trying for three hours and no one is responding.
