What’s new

- Every account must now accept Terms & Privacy before using the app — enforced for new signups and existing accounts alike, not just at registration.
- Guest browsing (Skip) no longer requires accepting terms first — you only need to accept when actually signing in/up.
- Fixed in-app chat sign-in (Firestore auth) and added a support contact option for sellers.
- FAQ answers now render properly formatted instead of showing raw HTML tags.
