App assigned two seats to me and none for my wife. No way to correct tickets. Even though I was sent a booking number - I cannot make corrections. App says don't worry, just show up? With Customs, Immigrations, Security, etc - Just show up with tickets in the wrong name - in a country not your own? What could possibly go wrong with that?

The app systematically breaks close to the checkout and requires me to start my booking again. The fares have then increased and I'm left paying more than £100 more than I was just seconds before. The app tells me 'Your booking has been saved' for the next 20 minutes, but it's clearly a lie. I've had this awful experience, on multiple occasions this year. A user should be able to confirm prices without losing the current saved checkout.

tried to book the hotel and train, but the system stated "your hotel is too popular" and refused to book AFTER the payment!!! now there are 4 outstanding transaction on my bank card and I would have to call them to cancel or something!!! extremely disappointed and NOT a happy customer. ended up going to the hotel website and booking directly. not sure what would happen to those outstanding transactions. Headache. DO not use for hotels!!! train booking went well
