Ratings and reviews

They require their own terrible keyboard in the app and I cannot log in anymore. I tried the email that is registered and that didn't work, and the forget membership link says I am not in the system. When I re register with the exact same information, it says I am already registered. Which is it?? Eva needs to get their IT in order Tried calling the number they provided. Got stuck at a "please provide your fax number" robot. Great job.

Since the last update the single most important feature My Trip/Check in, which lets you check your upcoming trips and do mobile check-in stopped working. So the app is now just useless. Also, when it used to work, if you get a mobile boarding pass before a gate was assigned for your flight, the gate would be left blank even after a gate became available later. And it doesn't seem there's a way to refresh the data. I have not tried too many airline apps, but this is for sure the least useful one.

I can't get past the account creation. The app says I have an account but I can't log in. To recover the password requires a huge amount of information. I have already spent a long time getting it set up, so I just don't have the energy to input the same lengthy data all over again.
