Decathlon advertises a 2-year warranty, but when I claimed it for a product that is less than 1 month old, they rejected it saying it is “wear and tear.” They even asked me to destroy the product to process a refund, but after destroying it the refund was never processed. Now I lost both my product and money. Very disappointing warranty support.

Very disappointing experience with the Decathlon app. The products delivered were not genuine Decathlon items and the quality was very poor, clearly from third-party sellers. When the size did not fit, my return request was rejected, which is unacceptable. Customer support was unhelpful and slow. This feels misleading and damages trust in the brand. I would not recommend shopping through this app.

products are best in the market ,but the issue is if u have to return something or any issue in product then it will give u nightmare.for eg i ordered a product and the price tag is missing.when I tried to return it than I face many difficulties first for contacting them from phone u have to talk with a chatbot ie is awful.i mail them Abt the issue as well but the issue is not resolved, let's see what will happen .if u have a nearby decathlon store kindly purchase products from their.avoid onlin
