Even a 2-person business handles orders better. My order has been stuck for 2 weeks with no status update, and no customer support available. The “Contact Us” page shows an error, and there's no way to get help. This level of service is unacceptable for a brand like Decathlon. If you care about your order, don’t rely on this app. Use at your own risk.

Rated 1 Star, why? Let's know the reasons 1. Interface is bad, click on APP icons, it will redirect you to browser, clicking on that, back to app. The interface swtch is apparent and not seamless. 2. App Service - Poor Add Item in Cart, it will ask you to order within 4 hours 47 minutes to get delivery in 2 days. However when you complete the Transaction in next 15 minutes, it will say delivery in 3 days. Since morning, I am getting messages that my order would be delayed 😒

There is no proper product return vendor (like showdowfox delivery) in hospet(583210) karnataka. They will not call you to pickup the product and then automatically the return product failed status will update in the decathlon App. This is very disappointing. I even called several time to a pickup partner number that is provided through decathlon whatsapp and the are not ready to pickup the product. They said, I am not assigned to that area and I will come to collect it. it is very bad seriously
