taskapp automatically builds your schedule to help spread your commitments throughout the week. taskapp works by keeping track of two things that other to-do list apps don't: an estimate of how long a task will take to complete and the earliest you can complete the task. With this information, and your day-to-day commitments (like meetings), taskapp builds a schedule that spreads out your tasks to help prevent overwhelming days where you have too much to do.

taskapp has a variety of features to help you take control of your productivity, including projects, labels, priority, and recurrence. taskapp also allows you to express order - if one task needs to be completed before another, you can easily add this to ensure that your schedule matches this requirement.

taskapp also serves as a calendar, keeping track of all your hard commitments alongside your tasks. taskapp uses the events you enter to avoid scheduling too many tasks on days that you're already busy.
