About this app
EVA Healths is the health app for your clinic, doctor's office, or medical center. Book your appointments, have video consultations, review your results, and follow your doctor's instructions, all from your phone.
BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT IN SECONDS
• Search by service, specialty, doctor, or location.
• Choose in-person or telehealth.
• Select the day on the calendar and the time slot: morning, afternoon, or evening.
• Pay securely online with a card, or at the facility if available.
• If your doctor doesn't have fixed hours, submit a request and they'll call you to confirm.
• Reschedule or cancel from the app. If you've already paid, you can change the date using the same payment.
TELEMEDICINE
• Video calls with your doctor from the app.
• The call rings on all your devices, and you can join from whichever one you answer.
MY HEALTH
• Your appointments, diagnoses, prescriptions, and medical leave.
• Lab results and documents, with the option to upload your own tests.
• Your allergies, regular medications, and medical history.
• Manage the health of your children or dependents from the same account.
INSTRUCTIONS AND REMINDERS WITHOUT OVERWHELMING YOU
• See your doctor's instructions (medications, measurements like glucose or blood pressure, activities) along with your daily progress.
Reminders for the same instruction arrive together in a single notification, not one for each dose.
Rest time: we won't bother you at night unless it's urgent.
• Record your values or mark "Done" in one tap, also replying via WhatsApp.
COMMUNICATION WITH YOUR FACILITY
• Receive confirmations and reminders of your appointments through the app and WhatsApp.
• Chat with your clinic's customer service.
• Rate your service and leave suggestions to help improve it.
FOR HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS
• Your daily schedule, new appointments, and teleconsultations.
• Conduct video calls with the support of an AI-powered assistant that transcribes the consultation and suggests filling out the medical record. You review and decide.
PRIVACY AND SECURITY
• Your health data is protected in accordance with Peruvian Law No. 29733 on the Protection of Personal Data.
• You decide what you share and with whom, through your consent.
• Mental health information has additional protection.
