Ratings and reviews

App has worked great for me. I mostly use it to register for free events in my area that use it to control the flow of people attending at specific times, but recently used it for tickets to jazz concert. I was more like impressed than I thought I'd be by how they handled that, not just a smooth buying process, but timely email and app reminders of the concert and accessing the tickets to show at the door. I will definitely continue using this app.

Location services aren't available where i'm currently at, and the app has terrible location & search interface. Regardless of what i type in the search field, it brings up the same scarce list of major cities. Search is useless if you are trying to input a zip code or specific city that's not on their extremely narrow list of cities. Also, the login interface is dysfunctional. I know the login credentials, but when i click login, the button does nothing. I'll try the web version. UNINSTALLED.

Just installed this app, had an issue with an error message when logging in, emailed their support email (that THEY provided), only to get a no-reply email back that it's an unmonitored email! They have NO customer service for users, even for app issues! & Their 'Help page' is not helpful. Now I might as well just uninstall the app, since it won't let me log in (yes I already reset my pw, but an incorrect pw wasn't even the error) & I can't get support for it, so I can't even use it.
