Ratings and reviews

Whenever I book tickets through your app, they seem to vanish into thin air! I get the confirmation emails, and the organizers can see my tickets, but they just disappear from the app without a trace. It's like they're playing hide-and-seek! 😅 It's kind of a bummer to not have reminders or mentions about my upcoming events. It would be super awesome if you could take a look into this and maybe work some magic to fix it!

So far I have never received an email with a link from the event organiser for ANY event I have booked on this app. My emails correct. I'm getting reminders from eventbrite no probs but NADA from the person running them which means I have no way of attending. It's happened over 5 times and am so sick of it. I think there must be something wrong with my account at the backend. If someone at eventbrite reads this, please help. Thank you

The app is faulty. Majority of the time it has "in your time zone" but ends up being incorrect. I have had to cancel participating in events due to this. Are there any responses by Eventbrite to feedback by other uses? I also tried contacting them on their email which is provided on this app page....."It is not monitored" 🤷‍♀️😂 On a positive the idea of the app is great - when it works.
