EventSpark Onsite powers smooth, seamless in‑person event execution, enabling fast check‑in, registration, and badge printing on the day of your event. All attendee activity syncs instantly with your Salesforce environment via the EventSpark app, giving you real-time visibility and control.
Event organizers can configure custom registration and check-in forms directly in EventSpark on Salesforce, ensuring only the data you need is captured onsite. Each onsite app configuration supports a fully customized theme, background, and layout, allowing your event branding to remain consistent across every device.
The app supports QR code scanning using either the front or back camera, enabling quick and accurate attendee check-in. Scanning instantly syncs attendee status and data back to Salesforce, reducing queues and manual errors.
Access control is fully configurable. You can disable walk-in registrations entirely, allowing entry only for pre-registered delegates, or control walk-ins at a device level—for example, assigning specific tablets to handle walk-in registrations while others remain restricted. This gives you precise control over how and where access is granted onsite.
EventSpark Onsite allows you to switch between check-in modes based on your event needs. Choose simple check-in, or check-in with badge printing. When queues build, easily switch to Fast Check-In & Badge Print Mode, where attendees simply scan their QR code or select their name from the list to instantly print their badge—no detail confirmation required.
The app supports both self-service and assisted check-in experiences. Use stationary tablet kiosks for guest self-registration and check-in, or deploy handheld mobile devices for fast assisted check-in, where hosts scan QR codes and direct attendees straight to badge counters—helping eliminate bottlenecks and improve attendee flow.
All onsite activity is fully and immediately synced to your EventSpark Event in Salesforce, enabling accurate attendance tracking and seamless post-event follow-ups, reporting, and engagement.
