When it works it works. But when it doesn't ... When left unattended the app gets lost and locks up making navigation impossible. Very frustrating that an otherwise very good product is hamstrung by an app that just is not ready for release to the consumer market. Samsung Note 10 phone. Android OS. All available updates installed. Also will not rotate to display in landscape on a Samsung tablet which is equally weird and annoying.

since the last update it no longer opens from the app . it freezes a lot and is unresponsive . I've had to reset the entire system a couple of times . the units connected by ethernet to be more stable but make no difference . the menus are frustrating too . I'm disappointed to say the least . luckily the sound quality is good enough to help but without a sensible remote I'm up and down to adjust volume and tracks . I purchased a remote control only to find out it does the basics 🤦

Bought the Play a few weeks ago, trying ton use thecontrol app on my Motorola phone but very difficult to use since the control icons very small and you can't see exactly how much adjustment is being made. I didn't use the PLay for a few days and when I tried using again it acted like it had Alzheimer's. Did't recognize anything, didn't connect to unit, had to turn everything off and start over. On a more general note - these people don't believe in instructions on how to use.
