When it works it works. But when it doesn't ... When left unattended the app gets lost and locks up making navigation impossible. Very frustrating that an otherwise very good product is hamstrung by an app that just is not ready for release to the consumer market. Samsung Note 10 phone. Android OS. All available updates installed. Also will not rotate to display in landscape on a Samsung tablet which is equally weird and annoying.

since the last update it no longer opens from the app . it freezes a lot and is unresponsive . I've had to reset the entire system a couple of times . the units connected by ethernet to be more stable but make no difference . the menus are frustrating too . I'm disappointed to say the least . luckily the sound quality is good enough to help but without a sensible remote I'm up and down to adjust volume and tracks . I purchased a remote control only to find out it does the basics 🤦

worked pretty good when it did but for the last six months it is stuck on the device list landing page with an unknown error pop-up window blocking the settings. so essentially non-functional for me. maybe it is because it is hardwired into my wifi router and it needs to be on actual wifi idk. my wifi doesn't reach it well.
