Cant make first purchase. The card shows insufficient funds even though we are looking at the app where it shows PLENTY of funds to cover a $5 purchase to finish the setup. WTH!? We tried at Target and CVS. I have VISA cards so I know these two establishments take VISA, so wth is going on. Do better, Acorns! It's disheartening to kids wanting to do grown up things when they are told at the register that the card says they don't have money that's in their accounts. Do better!

This is a good app, however as a parent I need to be able to reconcile the money I'm putting into my children's account. Yet there is no way for me to look at the parent transactions during the month. I have to wait for the month end to get the report. This is highly inconvenient. Today after Christmas was past, I was trying to add money for my daughter of her remaining Christmas money so she could add it to her savings. Once I added the money to my parent account I suddenly had a different amt.

This is a scam, I connected this to get my kids. On cards, and I never received the cards. My $5 that I put up on there. They took my $5, which I should have still been in my account the plan I picked was for $8, which it was nowhere near time. Cause you get like a 2 weeks a 14 day, you know, like a free trowspin, they took my money, then they keep on trying to take money. I never received no cards, no nothing, no emails, no, nothing about this app, this is a scam. Please do not fall for this.
