Truly fantastic so far! I have literally been trying to fix my diastasis for over two years. I have done online videos, 30- day challenges, read books, avoided harmful exercises, and it seemed to do nothing. After doing this program for few weeks, I have learned so much! It is WAY better than everything else I tried - worth every penny. They tell you exactly what to do, what to avoid, and give you awesome daily workouts. Also, the instructors have a variety of body types, which is validating.

The system is good and the app is pretty easy to navigate. I do have 2 pretty big usability complaints: 1. It crashes a lot, takes you to the loading screen and I have to manually close it to get to the app content again. 2. If I switch screens (simple phone multitasking) it will often lose my place in a workout video I was in the middle of. It should be super easy to go back to an in progress video no matter what else I do. Babies are demanding, I can almost never make it through a video!

I'm loving this app to get back in shape after baby #3! I've been using it for 6 weeks or so, starting 3 weeks postpartum. I don't have any major diastasis recti issues, but the pacing and workouts are great, and I like that I don't have to plan it myself. The only difficulty is that the workouts are harder for me to learn because they go quickly and I am not familiar with the exercises. I have to pause a lot to check my form and such. I'm sure that will get easier as I go, though!
