About this app

Every Mother is a research-based, on-demand personalized exercise plan tailored to address your unique core and pelvic floor needs at any life stage, whether you need help with one or multiple symptoms. We exist to educate women on their core and the pelvic floor – a set of invisible muscles at the center of everything we do. Making this care accessible to every woman at any fitness level as she navigates the changes in her body is what we work towards every day. Our exercises are clinically proven to resolve diastasis recti and your daily curated custom exercise plan is created in collaboration with pelvic floor physical therapists. An Every Mother personalized exercise plan can be accessed anytime, anywhere, and the 10 to 15-minute express exercise regimens seamlessly fit busy lifestyles.

Subscriptions are offered for quarterly and annual terms, during which time the user will have access to all video content in the app. Once purchase is confirmed, payment will be charged to the iTunes Account currently logged in on the device used to purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the then-current subscription period. The iTunes Account will be charged said renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period and the rate charged will be as stated for quarterly and annual subscriptions. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after the purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Ratings and reviews

The app charged me a day early, preventing me from canceling. I am trying to get customer service to respond to my email but haven't had success with that route so far. Edit: They responded & refunded me. The app itself is good for connecting to your breath, and they offer helpful information and light exercises. It's good if you need all the information in one place. You will eventually need to add more challenging exercises. 3.5 rounded up.

Finally working for me! Feeling really good about this program already! I've bought core/pelvic floor programs before but was really intrigued by the format of this one, very innovative, very convenient, beautiful layout and organization! I successfully closed a very severe DR (6+ fingers) after my 3rd baby, but have struggled since my 4th, this program is a the real deal, totally worth the year subscription! Videos should load 100% before playing to avoid lag issues, otherwise its perfect!

This app has been recommended to me, but it automatically makes you pay for an account without any kind of trial. It doesn't even give you examples of what you are paying for. I have attempted to get on the app a few times, but I have a hard time justifying the high cost (while on maternity leave without pay) without knowing what I'm getting. A 7 or even 3 day trial would easily fix this issue if there isn't a way to show examples on the app.
