The appp claims to provide both free and premium services..however, for the free services, which we visit also different advertisements, the app does not actually work at all. So, if the free services do not work, for whatever reason, they should announce this on the app, while in contrast, they have even announced in the app that free services work well. They earn from advertisements while the app does not work...I suggest the administration to limit the app just for the premium services.

I’ve been a paying customer for over a year. Since the war started, the service has been mostly unavailable, and support kept saying they had no access. Later they said it only works in a very limited way for apps like banking, but even that did not work for me. I paid for a usable service before all this, so changing the conditions afterward and pushing the burden onto existing users feels unfair and disappointing.

Very poor support and rude and unprofessional sales operator! The war situation and internet outage are understandable, but with the internet being connected for the fee I paid before and not receiving any service due to the war outage, there is no accountability, apparently this is seen as a customer problem!
