I like the simplicity of this app. I create a workout routine, hit START and just listen to the alarms 3 seconds before/after each work/rest interval. I could play music or watch YouTube while working out. Recent updates includes ability to description to each interval so I could peek at what my next move is. Some suggestions for improvements: 1. Move the "Discard Customizations" button somewhere hard to access. This could easily be mistaken as a Save Button due to its size and location and all customization suddenly gone in an instant. 2. I'm not sure if this is currently achievable, but I would like to be able to name intervals and then have that as repeated sets. My workout usually has 7 moves and I repeat them 4 times. I do this currently by typing each work item's description (have to repeat 4 times) - a total of 56 intervals of which, I enter description 28 times. 3. Nice to Have - An option to record or text-to-speech the next move. In case, I don't want to look at the phone and just do with listening.
Easy to use interface while setting up programs. I haven't tried the paid version yet...but for my workouts now the two free slots to save are enough. As I grow more accustomed to this app I love the current prices. They are flexible and cheap!😀
Well thought out timer. Simple to use and links to Google fit to keep track of those burnt calories. Would be nice idea to be able to enter exercise names against each cycle and store workout sessions to recall when your travelling or on holiday.
Much better than the interval timer app I was using before. The free version allows you to configure 2 workout intervals. Its nice to be able to configure when alerts are made and select sounds. Not sure if I want to upgrade to the premium version of this app because I only need 2 timers at this time. Solid app! Good job!
Great timer, I like it the best of the four I have tried. The huge digits is my favorite part about it. Easy to adjust the intervals and to turn the sound off if needed. There's so many little things that I like such as the bar at the top that helps you know where you are in the workout, and the round. Try it for yourself!
You only get 2 protocols on the free version but you could potentially be worlds apart/better staying focused on your workout predetermined times and hence goals/ outcomes. Customisable with time and voice to remind you what phase you are in. Very helpful. Thank you
💪 Added sets count for workouts with customized intervals. Now you can repeat them as well as workouts with cycles.
💪 Option to hide the list of intervals if all intervals have no description.
💪 Option to show elapsed time (count up timer).
💪 Added more quiet sounds for yoga and meditation.
💪 Option to use colored progress bar when you use black color for all intervals on devices with AMOLED screen.
💪 Minor UI changes and bug fixes.
