Total Office is a complete office suite for Android that brings documents, spreadsheets, presentations and PDF files together in one fast, private app. Draft a report, update a budget, review a pitch deck and mark up a contract - without an account, a subscription or a network connection.

FOUR TOOLS, ONE APP
- Word processor: create and edit DOCX documents with headings, bold and italic text, lists, tables and images. Find and replace, undo and redo, with a rich formatting toolbar built for touch screens.
- Spreadsheet: open XLSX, XLSM and CSV workbooks, edit any cell, enter formulas, switch between sheet tabs and save your changes back to the original file.
- Presentations: create PPTX decks and review them with slide thumbnails, previous and next controls and a clean full-slide view on any screen size.
- PDF tools: read PDFs, then annotate them with highlights, underlines, strike-outs, freehand ink, arrows, rectangles, ellipses and sticky notes. Annotations are written back into the PDF, and any document can go straight to your printer.

WORKS WITH THE FILES YOU ALREADY HAVE
Total Office opens Microsoft Office formats - DOCX, XLSX and PPTX - alongside PDF, CSV, Markdown and plain text. Older .doc, .xls and .ppt files are converted automatically when you open them. Import from the Files app, open attachments from email or chat through the system share sheet, and share finished documents back out in their original format so colleagues can open them in Word, Excel or PowerPoint.

There is no sign-in and no cloud lock-in. Your files live in the app's private storage on your device, and nothing leaves your phone unless you choose to share or print it. No ads and no in-app purchases interrupt your work. Total Office does not sync files between devices or host shared links; use your own drive app or the share sheet when you need that.

Total Office speaks English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Japanese and Brazilian Portuguese. Switch the interface language any time from the home screen.
