PERMISSIONS
This app requests certain permissions to help you, including:
● Phone - identifies the current SIM so mobile data is counted correctly. NetworkFlow doesn't make or receive phone calls on your behalf.
● Usage access - attributes data usage to each app.
● Location - required by Android to read Wi-Fi and nearby cell tower details. Used only by the Wi-Fi analyzer and cell info screens.
● Local network - scans your Wi-Fi for nearby devices.
● Display over other apps - shows the floating widget.

Ratings and reviews

It does what you want well, but things you don't want too without any way of disabling them. Please let me disable insight notifications. I know ___ app is using more data than normal, I don't need to be told this every time I use an app slightly more than average. These notifications are so frequent and so annoying that I'm considering just uninstalling the app to stop them. It's fine to have this feature, but let me turn it off!

Nice app, but there is a missing thing that for me is important, on the apps stats you can see the usage for the day, but is not showing the up/down load data total. Something I would like a lot is to have a section in which you can see what is using data at the moment, real-time, but also up/down traffic and hostname of the different connections currently active on each app, display all the connections created by the app and display the hostname/traffic. Dr.Web is the only one that has that.

I have a lot of the features of this app baked into my phone and still use this instead. It seems more accurate than the phones but in feature. Being able to see how much data each app is using all in one place is great. I bought this when it first released and got it pretty cheap, but it's worth the cost of admission even at the full price. Since it needs root for a feature it'd be cool to see a firewall feature in the future.
